Johann brought this recipe with him from Europe. He makes
it a habit of visiting any and all fondue restaurants around
Easy Chocolate Fondue
Makes 3 cups
24 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1-1/4 C. evaporated milk
1/4 C. sugar
2 t. vanilla extract
1 T. fruit flavored liqueur
1. Place ingredients in cooker.
2. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes.
3. Stir well, cover and cook on low 1 hour longer.
4. Dip pieces of pound cake, fruit, pretzels, cookies or marshmallows into chocolate mixture.
