This salad recipe is so simple and inexpensive that you really have no excuse but to eat healthy!
Cucumbers
Olive Oil
Tomatoes
Vegetable Peeler
Feta Cheese
Salt
1. Rinse tomatoes and cut them coarsely. Peel cucumbers and cut them coarsely as well. Place tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl.
2. Add bite size bits of feta cheese to the bowl. Top with extra-virgin olive oil and salt to taste.
