making this recipe during the upcoming fall and cold winter months! This wonderfully easy to make soup keeps you warm and ready for anything the weather can throw at you!
Curried Chicken Soup
This recipe makes about 4 to 6 servings
3 cups of chicken broth, seasoned
A cup of half-and-half
1/4 tsp paprika
Seasoned salt, 1/4 tsp
1/2 a cup of cooked rice
1/2 a cup of cooked chicken, diced
Curry powder, 1/2 to 1 tsp. Salt and pepper, to taste
1. Mix all of the above ingredients together.
2. Let it simmer over a low flame for about ten minutes.
3. Once it is done, sprinkle with some freshly chopped parsley and serve with baked croutons or regular store crackers. Delicious!
