A great St. Patrick’s Day martini recipe that will bring the warmth of the Emerald Island to you and all your party guests! Make a batch and keep the party going deep into the night. Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

2 oz vodka

1/2 oz dry vermouth

1/2 oz Irish whiskey

lemon twist for garnish

1. Pour the Irish whiskey into a chilled cocktail glass.

Swirl around the glass in order to coat the inside.

3. Drain the excess whiskey.

4. Pour the vodka and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.

5. Shake well.

Strain into the cocktail glass.

Garnish with the lemon twist.

Makes 1 cocktail.
